A sheriff’s deputy in Florida successfully captured a gator that was attempting to crawl under a fence.
Osceola County Deputy Nicholas Pippin managed to grab the gator, tape its mouth shut with his bare hands, and secure it in the back of his patrol car. His body-camera video recorded the whole thing as he remained calm. In the video, he estimated that the gator weighed at least 40 pounds.
The gator was later released into Lake Cecile, which is around 20 miles southeast of Orlando.
